Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum rental duration?

Our minimum rental period is 1 day (8-hour shift). We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. The longer the rental, the better the rate β€” weekly rentals save up to 20% and monthly rentals save up to 35% compared to daily rates.

Do you deliver and pick up equipment from the site?

Yes! Delivery and pickup are included in most rental packages. We cover a 200km radius from our main depot. For distances beyond this, a transport surcharge applies. Same-day delivery is available for bookings placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

Can I rent with an operator included?

Absolutely. We offer "wet rental" β€” machine + certified operator included. Our operators are fully licensed, experienced, and familiar with all equipment in our fleet. Operator shifts are 8 or 10 hours. Overtime is available at extra cost.

What documentation is required to rent equipment?

For business clients: company registration, VAT number, and signed rental agreement. For individual contractors: government-issued ID, proof of project (permits), and a signed rental contract. A security deposit is required for all rentals and refunded upon damage-free return.

What happens if equipment breaks down during rental?

Call our 24/7 emergency line immediately. We guarantee a technician on-site within 4 hours for urgent repairs, or replacement equipment the same/next day. Downtime caused by mechanical failure (not user error) is not charged to the renter.

Do you offer long-term project contracts?

Yes! For projects lasting 3 months or longer, we offer dedicated project contracts with fixed monthly rates, priority equipment allocation, dedicated account manager, and on-site maintenance visits included. Contact us for a custom quote.

Is equipment insurance included?

All equipment comes with our standard liability insurance covering third-party damage. Comprehensive coverage (including accidental damage to the equipment itself) can be added for a small daily premium. We strongly recommend it for high-risk environments.
